Independent Sales Representatives Wanted

Easton Mountain Products is looking for Field Sales Representatives in multiple territories to launch its line of Trekking Poles, Tents and Snowshoes.

Territories/States Available

• Alaska
• Delaware
• Maryland
• Pennsylvania
• West Virginia

To be considered for this position, a candidate must be professional, highly motivated and well organized with a good knowledge of the summer sports market and the retailers in the territory.

Job Summary:

Field sales reps are responsible to cultivate manage and maximize sales and customer satisfaction within the territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regular travel to dealers
• Effective, direct communications with dealers and Easton
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasting process with dealers
• Identify and access stable territory growth
• Provide key market and competitor information from the field
• Dealer product and sales training
• Attend key events, trade and consumer shows and bi-annual sales meetings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Two to three years minimum outdoor sports sales experience
• Well-established dealer relationships in the territory
